Paperless Pool is a small business in Cypress, Texas. We build pool check-in and log software for HOA pool companies. This notice covers paperlesspool.com and the live demo at paperlesspool.com/demo.
Walkthrough requests
When you send our walkthrough form, we collect your name, company or HOA, email, phone (if you give it), whether you're with a pool management company, an HOA board or something else, and number of pools, plus the date and time you sent it. We use them only to reply to you about a walkthrough and the 2027 pilot. Your request is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Only we can see it, and Cloudflare handles it under its own privacy policy. We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing. If we don't end up working together, we delete your request when we no longer need it to talk with you about the pilot. If you email us directly instead, we keep your email for the same purpose. To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email [email protected], and we'll do it unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Calls
If you call (346) 683-2070, we see your number the way any phone line does and use it only to talk with you.
What the website collects on its own
- No analytics, no ad trackers, no tracking pixels and no third party scripts.
- No cookies are set by the website.
- Fonts, images and code are served from our own site, not from outside services.
- Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs of requests, such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for, to run and protect the site.
Because we don't track visitors, we don't respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
The live demo
The demo uses only made up sample data. Anything you type or tap in it stays in your own browser storage on your device and is not sent to us. The demo also installs a small offline helper in your browser, a service worker, so it keeps working without a connection. You can clear both at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
Children
The site is meant for pool companies and HOA boards. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

If this notice changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
