Terms of use
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms cover your use of paperlesspool.com and the live demo at paperlesspool.com/demo. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is
The site describes Paperless Pool, software for HOA pool companies that is still in development, and invites pool companies to ask about a walkthrough and the 2027 pilot. Nothing on the site is an offer to sell, and no service is provided through it.
The demo
The demo is a sample. Every family, address, pool, company and number in it is made up. It runs in your browser, saves its sample data only on your device, and can be reset at any time. Do not enter real personal information or real pool records into it, and do not rely on it to run a real pool.
The walkthrough form
The form sends your walkthrough request to us. Asking for a walkthrough does not create any agreement or obligation for you or for us.
Accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate, but features, screens and plans described on it may change before launch. The screens shown are demo screens with sample data.
Your use
Please don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security; copy, scrape or reverse engineer the site or demo; pass it off as your own; or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The site's text, design, screenshots and the Paperless Pool name and logo belong to Paperless Pool. You're welcome to share links to the site.
No warranty
The site and demo are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit on liability
To the extent the law allows, Paperless Pool isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using the site or demo, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to 100 US dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
